The following reasons, with supporting evidence, will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the registration fee:

– Move
– Medical reason (muscle or joint injuries)

In case of cancellation 10 days before the first day of the camp, a refund corresponding to 75% of the registration fee will be made to cover part of the costs incurred by the planning, implementation and conduct of camp activities.

In case of cancellation before the first day of the camp, a refund equivalent to 15% of the registration fee will be made.

No refund will be given, for any reason, when the camp is already started.

No refund will be given, for any reason, for days of absence during the camp.
